3286182 - How to Change the Tenant Requester E-mail in the Service Control Center

Symptom

The requester of a tenant left the company and you want to change the e-mail address shown

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

Navigate to the

  1. Service Control Center work center
  2. Go to Systems view

in the left lower corner you see the requester e-mail address and Name and you want to change the e-mail address.

Resolution

It is not possible to change the Requester Details. The Data is a snapshot only and the e-mail is only used to send the system url and log on data after Tenant creation.
