3286245 - Error happened when register an SAP HANA DB on SLD in HTTPS connection

Register HANA DB in SLD with HTTPS connection failed, checked the sldreg.log found below information.

Make sure HTTP tracing is active (-logfile <filename> and '-httptrace' on cmd line or 'sldreg/httptrace = 1' in profile) and check sldreg_http_trace.log.
<Timestamp> Data send status: false

Checking  sldreg_http_trace.log found below issue:
