Output Management - Preview

6. Is it possible to set up a default configuration for the screen printing functionality?

The screen printing feature (which can be accessed by opening most documents and clicking directly on the Print button) allows users to set some parameters such as orientation, scale and page size. However it is currently not possible to set up a default configuration for this feature.

Output Management - Email

1. How the parameters for e-mail output selection work? (i.e. which party's e-mail is used in which scenario)

The sender logic you can find here : 2229483 - Sender Address in the Output Document of a Sales Document is not the Expected One . Since a while you can define a default sender address per document. who receives a document that logic comes from the application.

2. Customer is trying to send mail, but it is neither landing inbox or spam

3. How to add an email in the Sender E-Mail Domains

• Go to the Business Configuration Work center
• Go to Overview
• Choose All Configuration Elements using drop down
• Search activity: E-Mail and Fax Settings

Under section: Allowed Sender E-Mail Domains
Choose on Add Row and maintain Domain (details appearing after @ in an Email address) which you have maintained for Sender's Email Address
Perform Save

4. Within the Output tab, the Email-text looks fine.When the mail goes out, EMail text has wrong format (For example, Overlapping/fonts)

Instead of copy paste the template code into the system, manually type it all over again and only keep the placeholders.

5. Dump - Internal Server 500 Error occurs while posting the Goods Receipt.

Potential cause could be due to the e-mail subject field exceeding the defined characters. As per the system design, the email subject line is limited to 50 characters.
