3286355 - Integration Page in Cloud Integration (Integration Suite) not reachable for some users

Symptom

Integration Page under Monitor section of Cloud Integration (Integration Suite) is not accessible. 
The option is neither available on the left bar, nor is the link separately accessible for some users.
Even the user that cannot reach it has the proper admin roles.
