3286436 - IPS job fails with error : Authentication failed. The password has expired (status code = 19)

Symptom

An Identity Provisioning service (IPS) job that is reading from SuccessFactors source system has failed with the below error:

org.quartz.JobExecutionException: Cannot execute provisioning job in tenant context: <ID>
Caused by: com.sap.cloud.ips.connector.exception.ProvisioningRuntimeException: Error during execution on behalf of tenant with ID: <ID>
Caused by: com.sap.cloud.ips.runtime.exception.ProvisioningException: Executing delta load failed.
Caused by: com.sap.cloud.ips.connectors.api.ConnectorException: Error during execution of the SF route
Caused by: org.apache.camel.http.common.HttpOperationFailedException: HTTP operation failed invoking <SAP SuccessFactors API URL> with statusCode: 401, Response: [LGN0018]Authentication failed. The password has expired (status code = 19). Please login to SAP SuccessFactors and reset the password, or contact your system administrator.
