3286599 - Agreement Type key are not available in the dropdown in Manage Purchase Scheduling Agreements app

Symptom

When displaying the dropdown values for field Agreement Type during creating a scheduling agreement in app Manage Purchase Scheduling Agreements app, system doesn't display the agreement type keys such as LP, LPA etc.
