3286662 - Monitoring configuration for Use Case "Infrastructure Monitoring" is not enabled when clicking button "Apply and Activate" in System Monitoring

Only Monitoring Use Case "Technical System Monitoring" and "Solution Manager Self-Monitoring" were configured via the button "Apply and Activate" in Step 6 Setup Monitoring.

Monitoring configuration for Monitoring Use Case "Infrastructure Monitoring" was missing in System Monitoring.
