What is the maximum allowed Responsible Groups and each of its Users, Roles and Dynamic Groups

1. Go to Onboarding General Settings
2. Edit an existing Responsible Group

Maximum Responsible Groups visible in dropdowns: 200. While you can create more than 200, the UI dropdown will only display the first 200 groups created in order.

You can set up multiple responsible groups each with a maximum of 200 people/membership from roles, static users, or dynamic groups. If the selection criteria contain more than 200 people, only the first 200 are added as responsible users. These 200 people are fetched in the order in which they are added.

• Add any role based users
• You can add a maximum of 20 Users only per responsible group.
  • However for Static Users only, it is limited to 10 in each responsible group
• You can add a maximum of 10 dynamic groups per responsible group with a limit of 200 membership each.
