3286671 - User login redirecting to 'Manage Workflow Requests' page throwing error

• The error thrown on the UI has fingerprint=c81a368e1397ad5fcdc38a661d3ba2c8a8467b08 
• When checking the application logs the following exception is located around the issue timestamp: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Could not transform bean at com.successfactors.absence.app.shared.TimeObjectsServiceImpl.transformObjectToBean(TimeObjectsServiceImpl.java:617) 
• Around the same timestamp: ServiceApplicationException: EmployeeTime read error at com.successfactors.absence.app.employeetime.WorkflowProcessor.internalGetTodoSubjectNameText(WorkflowProcessor.java:404) 

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Login to the system
2. The system directly navigates to Manage Workflow Requests instead of home page
3. The, error is thrown

This is split to two parts: 

1. Issue #1 is the fact that the login landing page is redirecting to 'Manage Workflow Requests': This is caused by a configuration in the profile settings.
2. Issue #2 is the the error that we points to ServiceApplicationException: EmployeeTime read error

The objective is to avoid that the user is directly redirecting to the login 'Manage Workflow Requests' page when logging in. To do so, please ask the user to proceed as follow:

1. Attempt to login from a different browser
2. From Home Page, click in the drop down on the name in the top right corner;
3. Select Settings in the menu;
4. Select Start Page option in the left bar menu;
5. Select one of the options in the dropdown.

Make sure to log out and login again, the changes should be applied.
