3286756 - Empty destination list while adding ABAP system as source or target system in IPS bundled tenant(SAP Cloud Identity Infrastructure)

IPS is running in SAP Cloud Identity Infrastructure(URL follows the pattern: https://<ias-host>/admin). For example: https://best-run.accounts.ondemand.com/admin

A RFC destination is created for the AS ABAP system in BTP subaccount, but when trying to select the RFC destination for the AS ABAP source or target system, it is not able to find it as below:

 
And it gives the below error, when no destination is chosen
