3287039 - SQL0555N on DB2 EXPLAIN tables during migration.

Symptom

During System Copy using SWPM the following SQL0555N error is reported during transfer ownership of restore.

DB21034E  The command was processed as an SQL statement because it was not a 
valid Command Line Processor command.  During SQL processing it returned:
SQL0555N  An authorization ID cannot revoke a privilege from itself.  
SQLSTATE=42502>
