Symptom
Manage Logon Profiles is disabled in mobile app.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to C4C mobile app login page.
- Mark the option Use Multiple Sign in Profiles in settings.
- Click on Manage Login profiles.
- Result: Nothing occurs.
Resolution
For the "Manage Logon Profiles" button to work fine you should first fill the passcode. Then, the button will be enabled and you can add or select a different profile.
