3287135 - Assign responsible group rule shows unassigned

Assign responsible group rule shows unassigned when we have rules created for onboarding and offboarding.

When we create rules under the scenario : Assign a responsible group to review New Hire data or Employee data for both onboarding and offboarding , the rule shows unassigned.

When we try to assign the rule we get the below message :

This rule cannot be assigned explicitly. The system selects a responsible group for New Hire Data Review or Employee Data Review. IMPORTANT: Please ensure there is only one instance of the rule available in the system. If multiple rules are found, none of the rules will be executed.

Even though the rule shows unassigned , the configuration will work. Unless you have 2 rules for the same process type.

You cannot have 2 rules for onboarding process type or offboarding process type.
