3287354 - Candidate disappeared after accepting as Rehire in Second Rehire Check - Onboarding

Candidate accepted as rehire on new employment in second rehire check, once submitted candidate did not proceed to next step and could not be located in onboarding dashboard.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Candidate complete Personal Data Collection
2. Candidate enters second rehire check
3. Candidate accepted as rehire on new employment
4. Candidate disappears
5. In BPE Monitor page can see candidate entered error for next step Onboarding2Workflow
6. Error, for more details check logs for ID.

1. Customer did not have NHDR step in process
2. As a result event reason was not validated until after second rehire check
3. Event reason value was invalid, it was sent from RCM

1. Ensure event reason is valid value and not blank when sent from RCM
2. Updated event reason in RCM
3. In manage process tasks
4. Restarted the Onboarding2Workflow that entered error
