Can pre-approve requisition be delegated when the user is not available?

Automatically reassign Job Requisition when an employee is on leave.

Recruiting does not support the Employee Central feature Delegation. 

Recruiting does support reassignment of Job Requisitions for users triggered from specific events such as 

• End Global Assignment
• Employment Termination
• Employee Time Off
• Employee Long Term Disability
• Employee Short Term Disability

For example, for Short Term disability, if a recruiter, hiring manager, or any other Recruiting user is unable to work for a short period of time, you can assign all their requisitions to another user so that those requisitions continue to be processed. You can specify the requisitions to be automatically reassigned to the employee's next-level manager, or to another designated user. Associated To-Dos will also be reassigned, and email and web notifications are sent.

The role and the user where to reassign the requisition is based on the Manage Recruiting Settings > Recruiting Subscriber Settings.
