Symptom
- When restoring journals via data package /CPMB/RESTORE_JOURNALS, the number cannot be recognized when there is customized decimal notation in source file.
- For example, in the source file, you have COMMA (,) as decimal symbol and DOT (.) as thousand separator (e.g. 1.234.567,89).
