3287701 - How to remove the delete option from Personal Data Collection and Manage Pending Hires? - Onboarding

• Is it possible to remove the delete option from Personal Data Collection and Manage Pending Hires?
• Delete option for new hires and managers during Personal Data Collection and Manage Pending Hires should be hidden.
• External users shouldn't be able to remove a section during Manage Pending Hires.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. During Personal Data Collection or Manage Pending Hires step fill the basic information
2. While filling basic information at the right of some fields the delete option is available 

For Object configured (Configure Object Definition - for example, Payment information), we are able to manage these portlets basing on permission.

Access Manage Permission Roles and search for the respective object, disable the "Delete" option. By removing it, the "Trash Icon" won't be available anymore for these user/external, in tasks which uses the same, PDC or MPH for example.
