3287760 - Is it possible to change position of fields in Personal Data Collection Step? - Onboarding

User wants to move and/or redesign a field in the Personal Data Collection Step of the Onboarding process.

In the current version of the Onboarding system, it's not possible to change the UI position of any fields in Personal Data Collection (PDC).

Fields in PDC are hard coded and interdependent with the same respective fields in Manage Pending Hires.
