E-verify Case Details Link is missing in candidate profile in Onboarding Dashboard.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Onboarding > select the user;
2. Select form I-9 and E-verify > E-verify Case details link is missing for the above users even though the Form 1-9 and E verify tasks are completed. 

Missing permissions for the responsible user.

The user that is responsible for the hiring must have the following permissions:

In Manage Permission Roles > Select the desired role:

Under User:

• Under Compliance Object Permissions category:
  • I-9 User Data
  • I-9 User Data.User Data Documents
  • I-9 User Data.Translators
  • I-9 Audit Trail
  • E-Verify Data

Under Admin:

• Under Onboarding of Offboarding Admin Object Permissions:
  • EverifyConfig

NOTE 1: In any case that you are unable to locate the permission 'E-Verify Data' under 'Compliance Object Permissions'. Please ensure you execute the following steps to make this available in the instance:

• Ensure that the MDF Object Definition to DB Sync Job (Provisioning) is configured.
• Run the Job 
• Run the MDF Cache Tool (Provisioning)
• Run the Metadata OData API (Instance UI)
• RBP refresh (Provisioning)
• Go back to the Manage Permission Roles > Select the role, and in Compliance Object Permissions, see if the 'E-Verify Data' now appears. 
• Grant the permission to the responsible roles
• See if the E-verify case details now load.

NOTE 2: It is expected for the page not to load or show blank screen if the candidate is already hired in EC.
