Symptom

  • APS server which contains Version Management service running with Errors.
  • The APS server property page shows error with Version Management Service
  • APS server log shows below error:
    cause:com.crystaldecisions.enterprise.ocaframework.OCAFrameworkException$NotFoundInDirectory: Server  not found or server may be down (FWM 01003)
    detail:Server  not found or server may be down (FWM 01003)
