3288085 - Candidate Notification When SSN is Not Provided During Section 1 in Onboarding Process

Resolution

When SSN is not added in Section 1, after Section 2 is completed the system will trigger a task for the candidate to provide the SSN and an email notification letting the candidate know the SSN is missing. The template for this is called: (ONB) Form I-9 Section 1 Missing SSN Template, and it contains instructions on how to go about updating the SSN by the candidate. Please note that these instructions are valid once the candidate has been hired and converted to employee which is when the candidate will be able to access the employee profile and update SSN there. This will complete the task previously created for the candidate. The instructions on the template will be as below screenshot.
