Symptom

In Sales Order Fulfillment Issues app, the status of a Purchase Order remains 'Not Fully Invoiced' even though the whole process and subsequent documents are complete. In the Process Flow, available for apps like Track Sales Orders and Sales Orders Fulfillment Issues, the Purchase Order will remain in status 'In Process'
