3288120 - When opening multiple opendocument links in a single browser while passing a serializedsession, multiple EnterpriseSessions do not get used

Symptom

When launching multiple opendocument windows in a single browser session, passing a serializedsession is supposed to cause each link to use a new enterprisesession. Instead all the tabs end up sharing a single EnterpriseSession which can cause rights issues and potentially session issues as well.
