Symptom

  • SRS is in process of rolling upgrade from 16.0 SP02 PL09 HF1 to 16.0 SP04 PL03 on Windows.
  • A "Failed to open connection to DR Agent as DR admin user." error is reported in LiveUpdate.log:

    ...
    TASK_NAME=FINISH_UPGRADE
    FINISH_UPGRADE=Failed to open connection to DR Agent as DR admin user.
    UPDATE_RS=Failed to open connection to DR Agent as DR admin user.
