Symptom

  • ERSSD Replication Agent (dbltm) fails to start.
  • Error reported in the dbltm log:

    Transaction log ".../translog/my_RSSD.log" starts at offset 0001234567
    Processing transaction logs from directory ".../translog"
    No off-line transaction log file found and on-line transaction log starts at offset 0001234567.
    We are looking for a transaction log file starting at offset 0001234567.
    Shutdown caused by fatal error.
