Symptom
During FSM-CRM/C4C replication, when an employee already exists with same username as the one that is going to be created.
For Example:
- Employee 1: 'DESCHRES'
- Employee 2: 'DESCHRES2'
It will allow the customer to create new record,but during replication this will throw the following error in CPI environment:
The error [{"status":500,"id":null,"externalId":"7749008162","message":"Transaction rolled back because it has been marked as rollback-only"}]
Then customer will try to delete any one employee details. It will not help customer to resolve the issue.
