3288327 - Upload Material Inventory Prices can't update split valuated material price - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When trying to update prices for split valuated materials with app Upload Material Inventory Prices, get below error:

Valuation Type defined for Material xxxxxxxx but Valuation Category not found.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

App Upload Material Inventory Prices doesn't support material price update for split valuated materials.

For workaround, use Inventory Price Change API to maintain the prices.
The limitation for this API currently:

• It's not possible to update special stock prices. For revaluation of special stocks, use apps 'Change Material Costs' (MR21) or 'Change Material Prices' (F6489). Currently there is no function supported for mass maintenance.

There is possibility to get error "CKPRCH/046: No price changes were carried out" in the response. There are several causes:

• Check whether the price is maintained already. If the same price is maintained already, it can't be posted again.
• If the stock quantity is zero, even maintain the price, there will not be price change document posted.
• The format of parameters could be wrong (example, format of datetime or other fields). Follow the suggestion from the API hub page to generate the URL: Try Out | Material Price - Update | SAP Business Accelerator Hub
