3288328 - DP agent couldn't be started with warning : "Cannot load adapter configuration for HanaAdapter Framework is not initialized yet"- SAP HANA Smart Data Integration

• DP agent couldn't be started
• Within framework.trc file, we can see following warning information
  [WARN ]  HanaAdapterFactory | HanaAdapterFactory.getThreadPoolSize [] - Cannot load adapter configuration for HanaAdapter Framework is not initialized yet.
  at com.sap.hana.dp.adapter.sdk.AdapterFrameworkTracker.getFrameworkHandle(AdapterFrameworkTracker.java:30)
• No error message in the dp agent framework.trc log
• From dpagentservicedaemon.log file, we can see the following error
  [ERROR] AgentUtil | AgentUtil.stopAgent [] - Failed to send stop request to agent.
  java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect (local port *** to address 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0, remote port *** to address 127.0.0.1)
