3288396 - 403 - Forbidden error when calling a SOAP Sender Adapter in Cloud Integration

Symptom

There is an SAP provided Standard Content that is designed without using 'Process Direct' element to call another Integration Flow of the SAP Cloud Integration Tenant.

An Integration Flow was designed to use a Receiver SOAP Adapter to call another Integration Flow that has a Sender SOAP Adapter. The authentication of the Receiver SOAP Adapter is 'Client Certificate'. When the target endpoint is called the HTTP 403 - Forbidden error is raised.
