3288491 - Archiving error /SCDL/BO_ACTION073 and /SCDL/BO_ACTION072

Symptom

There are many reasons why a document cannot be archived and this specifically works if the DCO is 1 and the deliveries are "In yard" status, displayed in transaction "/SCWM/PRDI".

You are trying to archive old deliveries, but when you run the report /SCDL/DB_STATUS , you may receive the following errors:

  • "Document &1 cannot be marked for archiving because it is not completed"  
    /SCDL/BO_ACTION073
  • "Document cannot be marked for archiving; &1 every follow-on doc. first"
    /SCDL/BO_ACTION072
  • Follow-on document &1 &2 is not yet marked for archiving
    /SCDL/BO_ACTION074
