Symptom

  • Incorrect icon noticed on Display Option and Edit on Take Action of Manage Permission Groups
  • In the Membership dialog when configuring Permission Roles or Permission Groups the pencil icon is not showing anymore
  • On Take action option the Edit button is not showing as a pencil
