Error  AA761 Fiscal year change in co.code & possible only after year-end closing & is given in Balance Carry Forward error log

SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

1. Enter the BalanceCarry Forward Status app.
2. Enter the company code and Fiscal year.
3. Check the status log. 

The fiscal year is not closed in Asset Accounting mentioned in the error log. 

Complete the year end close in Asset Accounting, ensuring all depreciation is posted and the fiscal year is closed for each ledger via the Make Company Code Settings app.

Please note if there is outstanding depreciation for the fiscal year, this must be posted or if master data parameters were changed in the Managed Fixed Assets app, then you can try to revert these changes but there is not a guarantee this will removed planned depreciation values.
Prior fiscal years should not be left opened when the year in finished, they should be closed in a timely manner.
