Is it possible to add fields to Add New Hire to Onboarding screen?
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Cause
Add New Hire to Onboarding is not a customizable page, all the fields on this page are hard coded.
Resolution
It is not possible to add new fields or make changes to the existing fields on this page including changes to the radio buttons available (Initiate Onboarding, Provide Additional Information, etc).
