3288721 - sap_enable_replication fails with error "Database xxx.xxx is not known as a primary database for this site" - SRS

• In 3rd Node HADR system, sap_enable_replication may fail with "SQL ERROR -- Message: 'Database xxx.xxx is not known as a primary database for this site.". Same error is also displayed in RMA log.
