3289065 - Error "Document type & does not have document category &" in VA01 Fiori App

Symptom

  • Error message Document Type 'ZZZ' does not have document category 'C' when creating a Sales Order utilising VA01 (Create Sales Order) tile on Fiori Launchpad.
  • The document category exists in the system. The same error does not occur on SAPGUI or opening the VA01 App searching via Fiori App Finder.
  • Checking the URL for the VA01, the request contains SalesOrder-create.
