3289109 - CTE - Concur Error 503 at posting integration

Symptom

Expense reports do not get imported because the FEEDBACK LOOP sometimes fails with 503 "Service Unavailable" error.

The message error at SLG1 is:

Note de frais: Import failed for package 1 due to connection errors.
No response from Concur system ZNEW_SAPCONCUR_FEP. Try again later.
503 Service Unavailable
or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: overflow

Or check the Concur response for API /financialintegration/fi/v4/companies/transactiontypes/expense/transactions, it shows: upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: overflow.

If you are using a middleware (CPI, PI/PO, iFlow), the following message might also be found in the middleware logs:

java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException: Request timeout to eu1.concursolutions.com/ip_address_here after 60000 ms

The URL marked in bold above is different for every host. For example:

java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException: Request timeout to www.concursolutions.com/ip_address_here after 60000 ms

Another possible error message when using CPI middleware:

com.sap.it.rt.adapter.http.api.exception.HttpResponseException: An internal server error occured: AddressIsSetVia.Header: Name or service not known. The MPL ID for the failed message is : AGNsa8fffn2R5MJzYJjmYb_hWENv
