1. Click 'Forgot your password'.
2. Submit the password reset request.
3. Open the link received in the password reset email.
4. It shows the error "This password has already been reset, or a newer password reset link has been sent to you. Please check your email for a more recent password reset link or request another password reset here."

• The link expires in 24 hours.
• The link becomes invalid once the candidate has submitted a new password reset request.
• The link becomes invalid once the candidate has reset the password.
• Browser cache issues.

1. Please ask the candidate to clear browser caches and cookies.
2. Re-submit a password reset request.
3. Check the mailbox and make sure to open the latest password reset email.
4. Open the link.
