3289121 - How to set Distribution Formula with BLANK value in T-CD: RECN

Symptom

Within the Customizing path: RECACUST -> Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) -> Conditions and Flows -> Condition Types and Condition Groups  -> Define Condition Types, for relevant condition, you have chosen the value as BLANK for field "Distribution Formula", but when you create contract in T-CD: RECN, you find the the Distribution Formula is not BLANK when you add the condition.
