3289138 - USAGE ERROR: Invalid HTTP connection: ADS_CONN

Symptom

When executing test report FP_PDF_TEST_00 in SE38, the system returns error message: "USAGE ERROR: Invalid HTTP connection: ADS_CONN"
A Default Logical Port has been created and then deleted afterwards
SRT_LOG error message says:
--ERROR_INFO SSL handshake with ads.formsprocessing.<Cloud Foundry>.hana.ondemand.com:443 failed: SSSLRC_EWOULDBLOCK (-71)(no error) non-blocking network read/write could not complete
