3289164 - Invalid Orbeon license prevents Startup - SAP Commerce Cloud

Symptom

The services (most usually Storefront and Backoffice) are kept in "Not Ready" state during deployments on Services tab:

And checking the logs of this pod on Kibana shows the following error related to Orbeon/yForms:

ERROR Version - Orbeon Forms <version number> PE: Subscription ended on: <date> GMT, Orbeon Forms build dates from: <date>. Please make sure a proper license file is placed under WEB-INF/resources/config/license.xml.
