3289450 - Error ' To create a mapping, use the development system (3SL) or Q system (2SL).' in Renumber G/L Accounts app

In "Renumber G/L Accounts" app, creating a mapping is not possible due to below error.

To create a mapping, please use the development system (3SL) or the Q system (2SL).

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

Current system type is not supported for renumbering the G/L accounts.
 

Based on the landscapes, find the right system to renumber the G/L accounts.

1. For the 2-system landscape, use the Quality(TEST) system.
2. For the 3-system landscape, use the Development Customizing system.

Note: Starter or Partner Demo Customizing/Developments Tenants are not supported for G/L account numbering.
