An Application Server instance is not starting.

Its Dispatcher trace file (dev_disp) shows that the instance Work Processes have died.

By checking the dev_w* trace files, there is an entry similar to the following

I *** ERROR => ShmGet: Shared Pool Space exhausted. PoolKey=10 [shmux.c 2369]
