3289584 - Capabilities Libraries and Competency is showing Inactive and no translations

When accessing Manage Center of Capabilities is showing Inactive and no translations.

• SAP SuccessFactors Ecosystem Applications & Services
• SAP SuccessFactors Center of Capabilities

For the Library

1. Login to customer instance

2. Go to Admin Center Manage Center of Capabilities > Capabilities Library

3. Shows Inactive and no translations when you hit on Edit

For the Competency

1. Login to customer instance

2. Go to Admin Center Manage Center of Capabilities > Competencies

3. Shows Inactive and no translations when you hit on Edit

Engineering is currently checking root cause of the issue. 

To clear the Metadata Cache go to:

1. Admin Center
2. OData API Metadata Refresh and Export
3. Refresh Metadata Cache

*If this is not a visible option in Admin Center, then you will need to permission it via RBP. The tool is found under the permission category Manage Integration Tools.
