  • The deployment of a Simple Diagnostics Agent (SDA) is failing with the following error messages:
    • Finalize Diagnostics Agent InstallationInstallation tasks finished with error
      Finalize Diagnostics Agent InstallationFinalize Diagnostics Agent Installation finished with success
      Finalize Diagnostics Agent InstallationFinalize Diagnostics Agent Installation started
      Install Diagnostics AgentInstall Diagnostics Agent finished with error
      Install Diagnostics AgentFailed to install agent: Internal Server Error Failed to deploy SDA: Failed to deploy configuration
      Install Diagnostics AgentInstall Diagnostics Agent started

  • In the Host Agent logs (sapstartsrv.log) more details are found with message:
    • ERROR => Unable to deploy: Unable to access /usr/sap/hostctrl/exe/adapters.d: Permission denied
