3289669 - Accessing NHA assigned from different manager resulting an error - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

When accessing a New Hire Activity that was assigned for a new manager the following error appears: "No activity for New Recruit with KMS UserID: [HRDataID]".

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Onboarding 1.0;
  2. Search for the NHA Activity;
  3. Reassign to a new manager;
  4. Proxy as this new manager;
  5. Go to Onboarding 1.0;
  6. Click on the work queue notification and the error will prompt (instead of being redirected to the New Hire Activities tab).

Resolution

This is a known issue, and the fix would be available as part of H1 2023 (b2305).
