Symptom
When accessing a New Hire Activity that was assigned for a new manager the following error appears: "No activity for New Recruit with KMS UserID: [HRDataID]".
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Onboarding 1.0;
- Search for the NHA Activity;
- Reassign to a new manager;
- Proxy as this new manager;
- Go to Onboarding 1.0;
- Click on the work queue notification and the error will prompt (instead of being redirected to the New Hire Activities tab).
Resolution
This is a known issue, and the fix would be available as part of H1 2023 (b2305).
