Symptom

RAT-CI reported 9416 error with many commit wait expired & switch mode messages:

00:0008:00000:00344:2020/07/01 09:45:17.31 server Error: 9416, Severity: 17, State: 4
00:0008:00000:00344:2020/07/01 09:45:17.31 server Rep Agent on database 'SID' switched from mode 'sync' to mode 'async' because timer on commit expired.
00:0008:00000:00344:2020/07/01 09:45:17.31 server Rep Agent on database 'SID' switched from mode 'async' to mode 'sync' because scanner reached end of log.

SPQ is not full and there is no latency. Is there a way to suppress these repeated messages?
