3289922 - Unable to find specific WO on Pick-Hu screen in RF environment


The customer would like to use the Pick-Hu Screen to process a specific WO. However, when displaying the Pick-HU Screen, that specific WO does not appear, instead, another WO appears in its place.




Reproducing the Issue

1. Select the APP Test RF Environment for RF Scanning;

2. Select the specific Whse, Resource and Dflt;

3. Select 04 – Outbound Processes;

4. Select 01 Picking;

5. Select 02 – System Guided by Queue;

6. Select the Queue;

The Pick-Hu Screen is not processed for the desired warehouse order.


In most cases, this happens because you want to process a WO that was already processed, so It becomes a system behavior that the WO will not appear on the Pick Hu Screen in the RF environment as this WO is already confirmed.


To be able to appear as a WO in the Pick-HU Screen, The WO needs to be still as "In Process". You can check the status of this WO on the Warehouse Monitor by the path> Outbound Delivery Order > Outbound Delivery Order Item > Warehouse Order. When displaying the WO, you can check the Column Status, and if this field is with status as "D" (In Process), for example, you will be able to check the WO on the picking screen on the RF environment, but in case, it's with the status as "C" (Confirmed), It will be already processed and you are not going to be able to find it on the Picking Screen on the RF environment.
