3290006 - Advanced Reporting shows more 'Rejected' Workflow results than in Manage Workflow Requests

Advanced Reporting shows more 'Rejected' Workflow results than observed on the Manage Workflow Requests page.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

• When a workflow is sent back and resubmitted, a new request is created with a new workflow ID.  
• The old request no longer appears in the Manage Workflow Requests page; only the resubmitted workflow ID is displayed.  
• The old request is visible within the resubmitted workflow under 'Show Previous Request' and is marked with the status 'Rejected'.   

1. Understand that the Manage Workflow Requests page does not display data from the old request.  
2. Note that the old request is stored in the database and can be retrieved via Advanced Reporting.
