3290135 - Job Profile Builder Error: 1. com.successfactors.fo.app.exception.ValidationException: ADMIN_JDMNG_DUPLICATE_CONTENT_IN_THE_SYSTEM_MESSAGE

When trying to import a mapping (Family/Role/Competency/Role-Mapped Competencies/Role-Job Codes), receive an error message:

SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

1. Admin Center > Manage Job Profile Content Import/Export
2. Type: [Family/Role/Competency/Role-Mapped Competencies/Role-Job Codes] > Import file
3. Receive error message

• There are competencies in Job Description Manager with the same Name, Library, Category, and/or Locale
• Import contains a GUID used in another mapping
• Job code is already mapped to a job role

II. Compare Template to Import File

1. Follow the steps in Implementing and Managing Job Profile Builder - Exporting Your Job Profile as a Template Using Manage Job Profile Content Import/Export
2. Compare the exported template file to the import:
   1. Check if the Job Codes in the import file are already mapped to other roles. Remove the incorrect mapping from JDM (Provisioning). 
      • Note: Only one job code can be mapped to one role, but one role can have multiple job codes.
   2. When trying to add new data via the load file, "jobCodeMappings.externalCode" (column G) should remain blank so the system can assign a GUID.
      • Note: The External Code (GUID) and subModule column are used for the same purpose as in object creation. Always leave these blank for new records, and never change those for existing records to avoid causing data issues.
