3290208 - The time event has not been paired as there is no corresponding time event to pair with

After manually clock-in/-out, or import of time events, there is error "The time event has not been paired as there is no corresponding time event to pair with. " in Time Sheet UI

If you check from Manage Clock In Clock Out, you will also get Not Paired status for the new time event.

Create time events manually or import time events from external system.

Scenario 1) Time events will not be paired if they cross 24 hours, including exact 24 hours. This is the standard system behaviour.

Scenario 2) The time offset for the new and previous time event are different. It can be verified in Manage Clock in Clock out by selecting field Time Offset.

Scenario 1) Please do not create/import time events that cross 24 hours.

Scenario 2) Remove the newly imported time event in Manage CICO. Then you need to adjust the time offset in the terminal or Postman. Finally re-import the time event.
